Greetings,

I am the managing partner of 321 Research, an independent research
company specializing in the area of health care research. Rest assured
we are never involved in any type of sales or marketing, rather we
simply try to gather the opinions of experts in the health care
industry concerning a wide variety of subjects.

I am sending this note as we are conducting a short online survey with
nurses, phlebotomists and purchasing personnel in regards to usage
dynamics of safety lancets in their practice. Your name and any other
