Are products like roast beef/roast turkey pretty much okay for you
while salami and the like are the bad stuff?

What are other deli meats that are okay for you?

thanks
Eric

PS: regarding my last post about green tea - I've read that the best
way to decaffeinate is to use the carbon dioxide method and not the
ethyl acetate so I'm buying twinings green decaf and putting a bag in
a glass and drinking water from it during the day, not hot tea -
boiling water is just too much cooking for this bachelor.
