Your post mistakenly said "It seems you remain a food worshipper." And
since we've already dealt with that falsehood, I corrected it to read
truthfully.

So, Andrew, you say there's a restaurant where they sell lobster,
shrimp, steak and other expensive foods for $4.99 a pound for supper. I
don't believe that and this is my area of expertise, and it has been for
more than 30 years. I've sold prepared food by the pound myself, and
read about it, and interviewed other people who did it. None ever
offered seafoods like the ones you listed. I think you didn't tell the
truth.

Do prove me wrong. I'll even apologize if it's so. What's the name of
the restaurant.

It is clear that you are a religious zealot when it comes to food.

When the Lord commands it, I will write the name of the restaurant
again. Not before. Sorry. Please forgive me my choice to obey Him.

In Christ's love and service,

Andrew

I'm a regular viewer, Loretta. I was shocked by the 4 out of 5
statistic too. That makes me more determined to get as close to normal
blood sugars as possible. Dr. Bernstein says it can be done and it's our
responsibility to figure out how to do it. I believe him despite what
some folks say about him. I just don't want to trade body parts for
food. It's just not worth it. No one would rationally make that trade.
Bernstein is about as slim as Mary Tyler Moore and they both have had
reasonably good health despite decades of the disease. The two type 1
hosts on the show are both quite trim. That body type apparently works
to make one's life longer and better. They also look great.

Would work even better for type 2s like you, dear Uncle.

I didnt know that four out of five diabetics will develop some sort of

I didnt know that 95% of amputations not related to trauma are from

It is a leading cause of blindness

They showed a former ball player Ron Santos who was in the major leagues
for fifteen years while having diabetes. I dont know what happened to
him, but he lost his legs.

I started watching about four weeks ago and while I might not personally
agree with everything that they say, this show was very informative and
frightening.

Truth is simple:

The way to the truth is straight and narrow:

http://makeashorterlink.com/?A2642108A

Again, Lord Christ teaches from Matthew 5:

11Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely
say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad,
because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they
persecuted the prophets who were before you.

You will remain in my prayers, dear neighbor, whom I love, in Lord
Christ's holy name.

May you reject your pride and accept Him as your personal Lord and
Savior, someday, so that you too will have eternal life and the
fascinating riches of His everlasting kingdom.

Here's how:

http://makeashorterlink.com/?I22222129

Please note that God truly made this special link describing that He is
the great "I am" and that His message is as simple as the number 2 which
is a number between 1 to 9 and reminds us of His 2 commandments, the 2
arms of the cross, the 2nd part of the Trinity, the 2 finger sign of the
Prince of Peace [who remains *V*ictorious over death and satan], and the
2PD-OMER Approach. Let it not ever be written that Christ did not make
His presence known here on Usenet Smile

Also, note that Exodus 16:16 continues to remind us that 16 oz plus 16
oz makes 2 pounds, which is "a certain measure of weight," which is what
"omer" literally means in Hebrew.

Enter the 2PD-OMER Approach, which can "cure" metabolic syndrome (MetS)
thereby bringing this thread back on topic in these NGs :-)

You seem to be confusing the Immaculate Conception with the virgin birth.
The virgin birth is the belief that Jesus was conceived without sex.
Of course the Greeks had the same word, pelousia, for "young girl" and
"virgin".
So you can easily see that you could translate the original Greek gospels as
saying Jesus was born of a "young girl". St. Jerome opted for the "virgin"
translation in the Latin vulgate.
The doctrine of the Immaculate Conception states that the Virgin Mary was
herself conceived without spot or stain of original sin on her soul ( unlike
the rest of us ).
It's even weirder than the virgin birth and of course you have to believe
that "original sin" exists. Mumbo jumbo you might well say but it all helps
to make the Virgin Mary into a Goddess by the back door, and softens the
edges of the stern, patriarchal Jewish God.
