How to stimulate adipose fat tissue burn?
|
|
|
Hi,
After many years of aerobic exercise, I have removed most of the fat on
my body with the exception of around my waist and butt. When I jog
these days, I feel like the energy is coming from muscle destruction
with hi levels of cortisol production vs. my fat cells undergoing
lipolysis to support my aerobic activity. I tend to have the condition
when I eat where if my calories are not spent within 30 minutes, the
excess is converted entirely into fat vs. muscle glycogen.
Although something like HCA can help stop fat storage, what supplements
can I use to encourage lipolysis and usage of my existing fat stores?
Ideally I'd like to do this without losing muscle.
Appreciate your help. |

If you search the web on "stubborn fat burner" you'll find many products
claiming to do what you need. Here's but one of them. Whether or not
it works isn't something I can tell you, however.

Your best bet is probably to add some resistance training to your
program.

Eat 1 gram of protien for every lb of body wt. (body builders
eat 1.5 grams per lb).. to get that much protien you will have
to take the body builders protien powder in juice.... take
digestive enzymes if you are over 45 or 50 but go lightly and
watch closely you may be able phase them out.. eat salads and
fresh fruit.
No dairy or white flour products, pasta bread etc. skip that.
take ginko billoba 180mg and vitamin e, 1000 mg or more. do
deep tissue massage on the blubbery areas to increase blood
circulation. and work out. but not too much, never so you get
sore or out of breath, and never more than 3 days a week,
except for aerobics that can be 5 days a week.
Then dont weigh yourself for 4 months..it will take that long
before the bio's start to stabilize.. keep it up for a year,
after a year you may find the weight melts off even after you
stop trying..the metabolism will have gone into over drive.
Dont try to restrict fats... Im up to 5 eggs and sausages a
day now, no problems digesting them..over easy in olive
oil...not some other kind of oil. I microwave the sausages
to a crisp so all the grease comes out. 1 was 185lbs 18
months ago..now Im 160.
I eat a lot of salad..but also some cookies etc.
having said that everybody is different...but thats my take on
it.

In what laboratory did you ascertain all this?
The 1 gm per lb protein recommendation is ridiculous, amounting to nearly
*three times* the RDA, which is .8 gm/kg bw. 154 gm vs. 56 gm for a 150 lb
male.

my advice:
stay away from dubious badly tested supplements and work on the intensity
levels of your training.
too high intensity and you run into glycolysis.
I'd recommend making a lactate test- then you can figure out what kind of
training intensity is best for you to loose fat and not muscle tissue.
A steady gucose level is important in maintaining muscle tissue as well
(this is best achieved with complex carbodydrates). if glucose drops
gluconeogenesis is switched on and muscle tissue is broken up to utilze the
glucogenic amino acids there. |

CORRECTION:
i meant to type gluconeogenesis, not glycolysis.

Sometimes called spontaneous human combustion, the key to burning adipose
tissue may be having the victim saturated with alcohol, and applying the
ignition heat in a proper fashion.
