Question from experts out there

I had a guy online tell me that alot of diseases can be caused by an
overgrowth of fungus in your body. I think it is a bunch of bunk but
what do you think? |

I think this is a bunch of bunk. Everyone has a little yeast (yeast and
fungus are the same organisms), like growing in your stool or on your skin
(that's what causes jock itch) and fungal toe nail infections.
However, very few people have fungal infections growing in them, unless they
are very sick, like they are on heavy duty chemotherapy or otherwise very
immune compromised.

I think he was refering to internal disease. One thing that came to
mind is he said he new someone that had lupus caused by mold. |

Lupus is an autoimmune disease. It is not caused by mold.
