Thanks again, Courant.
(article below)
AAG Jessica Gauvin obstructed justice BIGTIME, by
having the psychopaths from Yale say I was insane to
be saying Yale committed scientific fraud and for
filing the RICO case with the US Attorney's Office
that I was instructed to do by AAG Tom Ryan and two
others of Blumenthal's lawyers:
http://www.actionlyme.org/MERRILL_01_JUL_06.htm
She hasn't been thrown in jail yet for defrauding the
Corrupticourts and ordering my false arrest to avoid
going to jail herself, for violating the DCF's
confidentiality statute 17a-28, as well as giving my
children to a "sociopath," Donald G. Dickson, and
telling my kids that if they complained about their
abuse by Donald Dickson, they'd be kidnapped again and
placed in separate foster homes:
http://www.actionlyme.org/THE_REAL_DON_DICKSON.htm
Be sure to read Don Dickson's letter to me where he
says he wants nothing to do with my kids. He later
filed false allegations. DCF never prosecutes false
allegations, breaking yet another law.

The problem is that we have too many sleazebags in
this state, one of whom is the Corrupticut US Attorney
Kevin O'Connor.

*OF COURSE* YALE KNEW THEY NEVER PROVED LYMErix
WORKED.
Here is Yale's Robert Schoen talking about it:
http://actionlyme.org/SCHOEN_INSTRUCTING_DOCS_TO_BLOW_OFF_LYMERIX_INJUREES.htm
DCF says that means I am a Unibomber chemist. Which
is all the proof one needs that these morons uh duh DCF
are criminally insane.

If the whole world thinks it is fine for Yale commit a
huge international crime and to make an international
declaration that a "stealth disabler," Borreliosis, is
the complete opposite, by all means, join the "war on
terror." This is the same magnitude of international
fraud as 9/11 Thermite in the WTC.

Social Worker Charged In Car-Seat Case

DCF Employee Accused Of Improperly Restraining
3-Year-Olds Taken From Parents

By COLIN POITRAS
COURANT STAFF WRITER

July 12 2006

A state social worker faces charges of failing to
properly use car seats after removing three young
triplets from an Ansonia couple last March.

The March 8 incident became a cause celebre for
families who felt they have been mistreated by the
Department of Children and Families. Many parents who
learned about the incident through media reports
expressed dismay that DCF would endanger children it
was trying to protect. Others said the case showed
that DCF workers were guilty of the same kind of
mistakes they often accuse parents of making without
the same kinds of punishment.

Luis Rivas-Vazquez, a DCF social worker, was issued an
infraction by Ansonia police Monday citing him with
two counts of failing to properly use car seats. Each
count carries a $75 fine.

Investigators determined that Rivas-Vazquez, 45,
correctly placed one of the 3-year-olds in a car seat,
but used regular seat belts to restrain the other two
in violation of the law.

"If you or I did something like that, we'd be charged
with risk of injury to a child," said Thomas M.
Dutkiewicz, president of Connecticut DCF Watch, a
statewide parents' support group. "The same rules
don't apply to [DCF] that apply to us. They think
they're exempt. I can't imagine ... 3-year-olds
bouncing around loose in the back seat like that."

Two local police officers who witnessed the incident
and failed to intervene have been disciplined, Ansonia
Police Lt. Wayne Williams said.

Officers Adam Greco and David Ireland received a memo
in their personnel files after an internal department
investigation determined that they failed to make sure
the children were properly secured before allowing
Rivas-Vazquez to drive away, Williams said. Each
officer also received counseling and training
regarding laws dealing with seat belts and child
safety seats, he said.

The triplets were removed from their parents, Eric and
Lisa Belko, along with their half-brother, Mark Kuhn,
12.

DCF removed the children after Lisa Belko allegedly
talked about killing herself and being stressed out
caring for her children during a support group
meeting. Belko has denied saying she would ever hurt
herself or her children. Mark Kuhn was returned to the
family within 48 hours. The triplets were placed with
relatives in foster care until they were returned to
their parents on May 31.

DCF spokesman Gary Kleeblatt said the agency is
continuing to investigate whether Rivas-Vazquez's
actions were proper and no discipline has been
determined to date.
