Balto MD lyme specialist - symptoms

not sure where to start - my symptoms
4 months ago - two bug bites on my chest that did not heal for a month
to 6 weeks
8 weeks ago: heart thumping, palpitations, anxiety, brain fog,
confusion
these then died down
then IBS, ears ringing, extreme fatigue and sleepiness, waves of
dizziness and cloudy brain
ringing in the ears persists along with sensitivity to sound and light,
gut and stomach pain and diarreah.
also have experienced:
sweatiness, flu like nausea, hot / cold sensativity, strange bowel
movements, racing heart in the morning, symptoms come and go, could be
any of above depending on the day
