I have a big concentration of cholesterol in my liposomes (1/3). Can it
be a reason that I don't get the translucent/hazy solution of SUV
during bath sonication? I have tried to sonicate it for 40 minutes(
netto), and got only a slight clearing of milky suspension. Any
advices?

Thanks in advance.

Ilana
