Radiation from CT scan ok?
|
|
|
x-no-archive:yes
Doctor wants me to have another ct scan for recurrent fever. I have no
diagnoses yet. This will be the 4th one I have had in my lifetime.
(They were not whole body, just chest and one stomach).
I have been reading that the dose of radiation builds over time. Should
I think twice about having this? |

You should think twice about having any test.
But the risks need to be balanced against the benefit. Only your physician
can advise you on that. |
