Am i over re-acting
|
|
|
I am relative tempermental problem wich means that i can get agitated,
angry, upset over a few things. I am not the type to let it out and it
end up building up.
I know this is not a good thing and i was seeing red the other day and
now I am starting to get mild relative precise pain on the top left of
my breast plate.
I am a 27 year old male and I do have family history of cholesterol and
premature death with some males from heart attack. However I do
exercise and can run on a tread mill for half an hour without any
problems and other intense exercise.
So i have read some material on the web about heart attacks but they
all talk about an over all chest pressue. Obviously mine is not like
this however i am worried there may be damage or blockage to whatever
artery (if there is one) in the area of my upper left breast plate not
too far from where the arm joins the arm pit.
Is there any major arteries here that I should be worried about? I
don't want to sound like a hyperchondriac to my doctor. |

Would suggest you inform your doctor that you are having chest pain when
you are angry.

It is unlikely that your doctor will dismiss you as a hypochondriac.

I do think a visit to your doctor is appropirate. You can do things like
talk with her about getting your cholesteral checked, a healthier diet, and
any other tests you may need.
I am wondering if you have a family history of dysrthmia (aka arrythmia)
causing sudden cardiac death. You certainly should bring this up and ask
your doctor if this is the case, after making sure (s)he has the whole
family history. If this is the case, there may be some additional testing
warranted.
