Can someone explain this to me?

I have implants placed at teeth location 19, 21, 23 ,26, 28 and 30.
I've had impressions made. The lab says they will use two hader bars.
One will connect implants 19, 21 and 23. The other will connect
implants
26, 28 and 30. The two bars will meet between teeth 23 and 26 but will
not be connected. I can't picture what they are trying to do. Perhaps
I
misunderstand. I thought that a bar went between each two abuttments
so that to connect three implants would take two bars.

there would be tow bars. The dental assistant said the reason they

doing two bars has something to do with flexion. I guess the disconnect
between the left and right sides allows for independent movement of the
two sides. The purpose of using 6 implants was to provide maximum
stability
but it seems that if the left and right bars are moving independently,
then
stability would decrease.

If you are spending more .... well get something better.
