Hi,

Is anyone out there on Diovan (Valsartan) or any other angiotensin II
antagonist experiencing unusual muscle twitching? I've been on Diovan
for 2 years and have recently developed a minor but frequent twitching
in my arms.

Would suggest you inform your doctor about the AE you are having.

Muscle spasms, muscle cramps, myalgia (muscle tenderness), anxiety and
nervousness are reported by less than 0.2 percent of patients on
Diovan.

Are you on any other medications or supplements? Suggest you check your
blood pressure and discuss your symptoms with your physician.
