Is it true that the heart stops for a brief instant when you sneeze?
(just trying to settle a dispute with my wife Smile)

No. When the heart "pauses" because of sinus arrest, it would be
because of an intrinsic problem with the sinus node. An example would
be sick sinus syndrome.
