I would like to thank you all for the good response and advise
Most of it, I already do.
I am not overweight ( 168 lbs - 5.9ft ) do not smoke
Walk everyday about 4 to 5 km and in the summer I like to bike, sometimes 10
or 20 km a day
I eat the right food. 4 to 5 different fruits a day and 2 vegetables each
day
I have done this all my life, I am now 68 , I had a desk job, but now I am
retired
I will ask my doctor about the fish oil capsules. I do not take anything
over the counter, due that I am on Coumadin
I was once on statin drug, but after the last blood work, I took myself off,
for right now my cholesterol is fine. I only had high cholesterol reading,
when the thyroid was not working well, due to the Amiodarone medication
Sometimes you wonder, how I ever got heart problems ( leaking heart valve
and Atrial fibrillation) I always did the right thing
I have an identical twin brother and he is fine
It is a good thing that we are in God's hands and for my heart has been
transformed through the love of his Son

(You might still be about 23 lbs heavier than "ideal")
