Autopsy

Autopsy is the most powerful tool in the history of medicine,
responsible for most of our knowledge of anatomy and disease.
Neglecting the autopsy is anathema to the whole practice of medicine.

So, are you saying that EVERY death should be autopsied?

Autopsies, historically, were very important. It is how the early
pathologists learned about disease and the early anatomists learned how the
body is put together.
However, to say that autospies are the most powerful tool now would be an
overstatement, imho.
