Does anyone have information on these two nursing unions?

What kind of information are you looking for? Assuming you mean the
California Nurses Association, they have a website at www.calnurses.org

CNA is trying to organize nurses outside of California, and the NNOC
(National Nurses Organizing Committee) is their attempt to form a
national union. So far, NNOC has one unit, the Cook County (Chicago),
IL nurses, who had been represented by the Illinois Nurses
Association/United American Nurses, until NNOC launched a
decertification campaign against INA, which they (NNOC) recently won.
