If I can borrow a phrase from one of the distinguished posters here. "Dis"
"ease", a body not at ease with itself implies that the body reacts to all
disease and thereby it is not surprising to find alterations in ALL body
constituents.
You can find alterations in redox potentials, in iron, in magnesium in just
about anything you can analyze.
Let me borrow another phrase by saying that is why you do not diagnose lab
tests but are suppose to diagnose patients. |

genetic hemochromatosis / iron overload / excess.. ?
No excess protein .. there ..
Just excess .. iron ..
Then we have the Aboriginals .. WITH .. nine times the rate of diabetes
than the general population .. who .. just 'coincidentally' .. HAVE ..
iron levels at BIRTH .. "nice high levels of iron" which doctors KNOW
... exist .. as a matter of .. general knowledge ..

Are you quoting what doctors know now? vs what they don't know or are they |
just wrong?
Any chronic disease can have abnormal iron metabolism as you are well aware
of iron lock out anemia. That is not to say that it is the cause of the
disease but a response to it.
Iron, like the oxygen it carries is essential for life. Iron binds the
oxygen. Any major illness will have metabolic alternations. Some primary and
some not.
You can make connections with iron and disease all you want. The days of
bleeding patients was the first treatment out there. People died and it
didn't help so move on. |

Medical therapies to reduce iron is clearly of benefit in selected specific |
cases and by no means intended for general and all cases and all diseases.

I think anyone who uses that phrase and then uses the word Jesus is sick. A
person with mental illness does not upset me or make me mad. There is
nothing you can say to upset me. We see it every day in the ER. Mental
illness is prevelent out there walking the streets.

I am aware of that. I don't ague with him. People with mental illness in the
hospitals is a common thing and although they are hard to deal with they
must be dealt with.
I left the hospital for dinner last night and when I came back there was a
homeless man at the hospital entrance looking for something. He asked me if
I had seen his white bag placed in a cart he had left at the hospital
entrance door. It was gone when he came back and started using foul language
like Tom about somebody taking his bag. Because of 9-11 no unattended cars
and or bags are allowed at any hospital entrance. I warned security about
the guy so they can keep an eye on him.
Most of the time I ignore Toms posts and only reply to those others that
might not know Tom. |
