Hello,

I am the guy with the VHL syndrome.Today,I underwent abdominal/pelvic
MRI with MRCP,and they found "fatty infiltrations" in my
pancreas(mostly pancreatic tail)What does this mean?I would be very
grateful for your professional advice.

You'll get much more specific advice from your own physician...........
But "fatty infiltration" is exactly that. The radiologist doesn't think it's
a cancer

I got Gadolinium contrast injected,and they told me that the intensity
of signals didn't change,so it is not a tumor,but definitely fat.Could
it be pancreatitis,or something progressive?Thank you very much for
your answer.
