My brother in India has been diagnosed with some sort of inflated
arteries in the brain. Doctors
said it was a birth defect and has now aggravated. He would have to be
operated upon in order to correct this defect. I'm looking for 2nd
opinion in this case. I would appreciate if you could tell me a
possibility of getting 2nd opinion in any of the medical organizations
in US.
I have got the copy of his MRI and CT scan reports.
