My fevers seem to come on after I have been outside for some reason.
Not always but most of the time. Even when the sun is not out and I
dont think I am getting hot.

When you are outside, you are probably being more active than you are
while sleeping all night. Therefore, your temperature would be
elevated. A temperature that is a degree or so above 98.6 is not a
fever. I think you're obsessing about your temperature way too much.
When you have your 'fever', do you feel achy, unwell?
Honestly, if your concern is that you have a young family and you want
to be there for them, then be there for them now. I can't imagine
you or your wife and kids have a good quality of life when you're
continuously talking about and worrying about your health. Don't
spend your time on this earth dying, spend it living.

I sometimes do, sometimes I dont. I can feel achy with no fever.

For some reason when my temperature goes up, it is around noon time and
I am outside working on soemthing. It could be cool outside.

This intrigues me because the last "episode" i had in April where I got
a fever of 102 and fever chills and upset stomach, flue symtoms etc, I
had on my lunch went to my moms and worked outside trying to free a
rusted part off my dad's bushhog. I worked hard on it.

Is it possible to work outside and raise your temperature so much you
get flu like symtoms?

The next day I felt fine but for 5 weeks after that every day I got a
fever of 99-100. I knmow this is correct because the temperature was
taken at the doctor's office. The doctor asked me if I felt bad becasue
I had a temperature of 100. I was surprised I still had a temperature
so I started keeping track of it.

It is funny, because soemtimes in the morning when I first wake up it
is as low as 95.5.
