I have sometiems an annoying cramping like stomach pain for a month or
two now. I think it is probably stress and anxiety related but I am not
sure. but everytime I feel down, weak and anxious I think it comes
more. What it can be? I use Nexium for a month now, it first stop it
but I have some mild but annoying again..when it happens I get a
little fatigue and want to sleep... What is this and what I should eat
and what is the remedy? please advise.

Try your questions at the alt.support crohns-colitis newsgroup. They
may be able to help. Anytime perplexing problems with the digestive system
appears and the doctors are not able to diagnose it could possibly be
crohns. crohns is not only a digestive system illness, it can cover all
parts of the body and fatigue is very common. Light food is best, I would
imagine. In connection with crohns, I have a layman's theory that is quite
strange, mostly not accepted at crohns group.
But it entails stimulants. When one person is on a stimulant and is in a
radius of a mind connection with a friend or member of family, the person on
the stimulant somehow unknowingly transmits harm to another vulnerable
person as in crohns.
and the harm continues whether the two or more persons are in the same room
or miles apart. A mind/body connection is at work. If the person will not
or cannot get off the stimulant, if contact is broken and all thoughts
eventually disappear, the person can return to normal. I had a website
which is no longer accessible.
It was more in detail. The harmful drugs are anti-depressants, Xanax,
Buspar, Depakote, Flexeril, kava kava, st johns wort, marijuana, cocaine, or
any med or herb that has a stimulant in it.
Completely strange, no one realizes what is taking place. But have
observed it for many years, and it escapes detection many times as to the
source. But worth a try along with doctors guidance.
