temporary loss of vision

My question is this: I am 36 years old and have had several bouts of losing the vision in my left eye. Twice I woke up in the night and had lost the vision, could just see shadows, and had some balance issues. the last few times have been when i have been in bed and turned off the tv, and then the left eye vision is very dark and I can just see shadows. Been to eye dr. everything is fine, neurologist and had every test imaginable. they decided that it was TIA's. I am on Plavix, which of course caused major bleeding during my monthly cycle, so they added a healthy dose of provera to the mix. This last week i have had 2 of my vision episodes. Could this be the provera counteracting the plavix or could this not be TIA's at all?????? I have stopped the provera, which i will say while i was on that i had none of the usual bruising from the plavix and now that i'm off of the provera my bruises are returning, so could the provera just be working it's way out of my body, and reaking a little havoc while it's still in there? Oh, and I also suffer from terrible migraines, but have never had a migraine w/ the eye episodes.
thanks for any input. |
