I want a ball belly
|
|
|
As you can probably tell I am a fat guy, and I chose to be this way.
I'm a gainer.
Anyway, how do I go from my flabby 63" belly to a perfect round, hard
63" ball belly? It's always been the type that I have wanted ever since
I started gaining but it just gets flabbier and flabbier.
Anyone got any tips? |

Your body fat depends on the type of fat you eat. Monounsaturated,
Omega-6, and omega-3 fatty acids form soft fats, so eat hydrogenated
and saturated fats to get a firmer fat layer and it may help form
cellulite (fat nodules under the skin).
Beef fat, coconut oil, and palm kernel oil are good sources of
saturated fats and most fast food places deep fry in hydrogenated fats.

Beer Bellies have a pear shape. That is a walking pear with legs.
Just thought that you might want to know. |

I would suggest that you don't do it because abdominal fat is the worst
kind of fat to have on your body for your health.

Ron, you should try out for America's Most Talented television show.
It takes real talent to encourage suicidal people to jump off buildings. |

BigBeerBelly was great at playing it straight. He should stay away from
the light beer and drink the beers from the small breweries. The
Egyptions had plenty of beer to drink while building the pyramids.
