Can nurients be more harmful in tissues?

Hello,

I am serching the awnser of following question:-

Can nutrients and other substances in blood is comparatively more
harmful either in intravascular compartments or in interstial
compartments?

Persistence of higher values in blood may be meant to excrete excesses
via kidneys or protect toxicities to tissues..

Many vasodilators an vasoconstrictors are related to "blood flow
controls---local or systematic, acute or chronic.
