Thank you for reading. I'll be as brief a possible.
PATIENT (ME): caucasian male, 6'1", 170lbs (250lbs prior to getting ill.
ILLESSES: Dilated Cardiomyopathy (Genetic)most recent testing showed 13%
ejection fraction,
GUIDANT 1 of the recalled units) implanted - to be removed & replaced with
something KNOWN to be dependable.
Pulmonary Sarcoidosis, EXTREMELY POOR DENTIA (broken - missing - decayed and
usually one or more areas infected and releasing "puss".

If the above weren't enough, we took care of my mom & dad (Alzheimers) until
they passed. There were many medical bills not covered, so when the estate
was completed, we needed to put out a considerable amount of money while
already financially over - extended, so the dental work can't happen unless
a miracle preceeds it,

My Cardiologist and my Pulmonologist agree that the teeth need to come out
as it is a well known fact that when there is any breach of the pericardium,
bad teeth are like knocking down a wasp nest, you are looking for trouble as
all that bacteria has a highway to your heart. The rest is history. I
watched as a close friend suffered several strokes and other related
problems in 1978 .

My work will for safety sake be in a hospital setting. I will need implant
or dentures thereafter.

THIS IS THE HARD PART: I WAS A POLICE OFFICER 21 YEARS AND DO NOT HAVE
DENTAL INSURANCE. MEDICARE WILL NOT ASSIST IN THE FINANCES. (DESPITE THE
FACT BOTH DOCTORS WROTE LETTERS ATTESTING TO THE FACT THAT THIS THIS IS A
HEART MATTER WHICH UNFORTUNATELY HAS MY POOR DENTIA CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE
INDEPENDANT HEALTH HAS TURNED ME DOWN 2 TIMES. I SELDOM ASK ANYONE FOR A
FAVOR OF ANY KIND, I FOUND DISPENSING FAVORS WHEN ABLE GIVES ME
SATISFACTION.

IS THERE AN ORAL SURGEON OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP ME PLEASE?

IF THERE IS A KIND SOUL WHO CAN DO THE JOB, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!

Yo Ray .... lots of dentists and surgeons in Buffalo, NY which
is only five miles away. So you have to save some money or
take a payment plan or whatever. This is America and there
is no social program unless you are altready on public welfare.

So save some dough and get your teeth removed.

Dear Ray,
Wish I could be more help. I'm not all that far away, but I'm a
repairman not a dental professional. The only thing comes to mind is
to make some calls around Buffalo, and try to find a dental school.
