Dear Ms Merrill,

Thank you for the snotty letter, but no nonsense
threat of charging me one dollar per page faxed will
stop me from exposing the criminally insane staff of
the DCF or "CPS" and the incredibly incompetent
"judges" of Corrupticut.

To Wit: Enclosed please find the email to me from
Assistant Attorney General Thomas Ryan in which he
related who was present when AAG Ryan referred me to
the US Attorney's Office to file the Lyme disease RICO
complaint, because the conditions had met his idea of
RICO, and he said these crimes involved companies
outside the State of Connecticut.

The wildly insane nutcase Assistant Attorney General
Jessica Gauvin had her perjuring nitwitness assert
that I was insane to be filing a RICO complaint, and
therefore, by inference, Assistant Attorney General
Tim Ryan is insane, and so is Attorney General Richard
Blumenthal, because he, too, knows the testing for
Lyme is bogus as is demonstrated by his interrogation
of CDC's Paul Mead over the issue of the testing for
Lyme at Mr. Blumenthal's second Lyme disease hearing,
Jan 29, 2004.

Now, on the issue of the deliberate sexual violence to
the Inkel children in the "care" of Annette Anderson:
Meredith Inkel sent Phil Inkel's motion to the
Governor on the same day she faxed it to the
courthouse. I was there when she faxed it. I have
memorized Rell's fax number. Rell sent the Inkel
complaint and medical evidence of the children's
deliberate sexual injuries by Annette Anderson to DCF
Commissioner Denise Dunbar, and the "Court Monitor"
was subsequently fired.

Your telling me I am not a party to the case is
nonsense and fraudulent. The Statute 17a-28 states
that the "person" can give their DCF records to anyone
they want, and the State of Connecticut cannot tell
the Inkels they may have no friends and no medical
advice, nor that they can't have an independent
substantiation of the children's severe abuse in
"foster care."

Enclosed please find the evidence that AAG Jessica
Gauvin is criminally insane (the email from AAG Tom
Ryan), and the RICO complaint. We already know the
rest of DCF is criminally insane, because DCF knows
Donald Dickson has a long history of domestic violence
and is covering that up, too. So, for DCF's Jo-El
Suroviak to be telling the Inkels that I am violent is
more fraud, is false, since AAG Jessica Gauvin also
was present for the depositions wearing a skin tight
tank top in late November 2003, wearing her wowie
sleazebucket streaked hair- which later changed colors
two more times - wearing the two tones of lipstick,
and wearing her one centimeter "diamond," and other
evidence that she spends more in front of a mirror
than in action for the benefit of anyone's children,
even her own. Gauvin yelled at her own son
NIC-O-LAS!!! in the bathroom, after she walked in on
her son. Gauvin was discussing this incident in the
"courtroom" with Attorney Scott Sawyer, and I
overheard it. She made no attempt to conceal her
conversation. She's that stupid and insane.

Gauvin was present at the depositions and heard from
the people who filed false DCF complaints about me,
that I was never physically violent to anyone in my
life. James Phillips, MD also said I was never
violent, and that he did not think I would ever hurt
my children. As we know, it was Donald Dickson was
chronically violently abusive to me and the children
and has a long history of this violence- which was
entered as evidence, but the moron judge John Driscoll
never looked at any of the evidence. There was so
much perjury that the nitwit Judge Driscoll will not
release the transcripts so these perjures can be
prosecuted under the law.

I, and no resident of Corrupticut, are putting up with
any more of the DCF's nonsense, nor yours.

DCF tried to have me remove Donald Dickson's violence
history from my website, but they failed.

There it is, because I am publishing this document
online, and scanning in the email from AAG Tom Ryan.

Mine is another case of DCF placing children in
danger, and then covering it up. This week we learned
there may be 40 more cases of child abuse by one DCF
foster carer alone. I do not believe that none of the
other children did not complain of this abuse to DCF.
I believe they were threatened by DCF, as mine were,
and as the Inkel boys were, of being placed in an even
worse situation.

I guess we know what that little pow-wow was about
last Monday when your entire office was in a
"seminar." It was the "How to Bag Phil Inkel Planning
Session."

With Phil gone, I guess DCF can now persecute Mrs.
Inkel even further. Punitively. Even though you know
the kids are worse off in foster care and that
Meredith Inkel is a fine mother. Her only problem is
of course, Phil's reluctance to earn tons of money to
support now approaching 8 children and having Meredith
literally go begging. We are all fed up with Phil,
and now especially in regards to his failure to
disclose that Todd Vashon was paid $10,000 to kill
Phil Inkel by the Colchester Police, but he failed to
mention that Todd Vashon was also hired to kill Steve
Murzin. Phil is apparently only worth $5,000, dead.
Steve Murzin was actually stabbed 13 times in his
murder attempt.

Vashon returned the money. He decided against
murdering Phil and Steve as a police informant.

None of us knew the police actually had informants, so
this is very valuable information. As is the fact
that DCF bugs their victims phones.

What are you planning on doing? Placing the Inkel
kids back with the criminally insane Annette Anderson
for more sexual torture, in order to provoke someone
to a crime?

DCF does that all the time.

You can get away with it, since all you people do is
lie.

If Meredith Inkel is not allowed to obtain help in her
"case" and is under a gag order, then why did Gauvin
false criminally charge me with the same nonsense she
invented for me in the court? Gauvin and the DCF are
gagged, not the DCF's victims.

Gauvin, nor anyone else, cannot tell parents they
can't talk about their "cases," and then, for example,
go to the Berlin, CT police and falsely criminally
charge someone with the same nonsense she, Gauvin,
herself, invents from Gauvin's psychotic mind. That's
"confidential" information, remember?

And no one's ever gotten a mail bomb from me,
remember? So, how am I "a dangerously intelligent
Unibomber chemist?" And who, ever, in the history of
earth, has ever been called "dangerously intelligent,"
especially a woman? I am a woman, remember? How can
I be dangerously intelligent ? Such an assertion is
insane, but that came from psychotic and demented mind
of Kenneth Marcus, Medical Director for DMHAS.

All of DCF and DMHAS staff are complete nutcases and
perjuring criminals. To the last State employee.

I reported Gauvin to the US Attorney's Office because
the Statute 17a-28 says I am allowed to disclose data
with whomever I like, and the same is true for
Meredith Inkel.

Therefore, Meredith Inkel is not in comtempt of court.

There is nothing you can do to stop the criminal
prosecution of Jo-Ell Suroviak, etc., and AAG William
Wholean, and probably Dennis Long, since this chronic
abuse of the Inkel children by Annette Anderson makes
Long look very, very incompetent at best. Even Long's
nurses thought the little girl was sexually assaulted,
as the records show.

No one is keeping this a secret. It is in the best
interest of the children to have public validation of
their traumas, because psychiatrists will not validate
your traumas. To do so would be the end of a
well-paying client. The children who were abused by
the pedophile priests had their traumas validated.
'In lawsuits and with the arrests and incarceration of
at least some of their abusers.

We're simply not listening to any more of your
nonsense.

Go ahead and charge me a dollar a page. Wow.

Publishing this correspondence online is certainly
worth the money.

It is also everyone's civil responsibility to protect
children from the criminally insane DCF, and the facts
of DCF chronic incompetence, cover ups and denials,
are well known. The Hartford Courant has now done a
180 on their position towards DCF, and that was the
help that we needed. Validation of our traumas at the
hands of the criminally insane DCF.

It was also important to point out that DCF's former
Chief Kristine Ragaglia was a drunken slut, by her own
admission, so we wonder how can she say she is making
any decisions in the best interests of children? Any
other mother who engaged in such activities would have
their children removed by DCF.

Despite the abuse to the public, I would not wish the
same abuse in foster care for Ragaglia's children that
the Inkel children got.

Now I have to fax this entire evidence package of the
abuse to the Inkel children and cover up to
Christopher Morano. He was out of his office Monday
and Tuesday, after which I was informed I had Morano's
character pegged wrong.

So we will see who is right about Morano. Me, or the
person who told me Morano was not a bad guy. Now
would be a good time for him to do a 180, in my
observation, and in the public's too, since he
exonerated Rell's staff member Lisa Moody for
violating campaign laws, but Moody apparently perjured
herself to the legislators and now they're very pissed
again at the chronic continuation of DCF-Rowlandgate
Corruption. They're also pissed about the fraud
committed by the so-called judges (the Chief Justice
Sullivan) where Sullivan does not reveal that the new
nominee for Chief Justice, Peter Zarella, voted to
keep the Connecticut Secret Courts secret.

A double triple fraud.

What's the point of even having courts?
