Subject: The "Racket," the Bioweaponeers, and the DNA Primers Shell

The Gebhardts, Atty BC Johnson, CT Rep Dyson and Racial Disparity in

"The present invention provides a method useful to
detect a B. burgdorferi infection in a subject. The
method provided by the invention is particularly
useful to discriminate B. burgdorferi infection from
OspA vaccination, although it is sufficiently
sensitive and specific to use in any general Lyme
disease screening or diagnostic application. Thus, the
method of the invention is particularly appropriate
for large scale screening or diagnostic applications
where only part of the subject population has been
vaccinated or where the vaccination status of the
population is unknown."

That statement is from a 1996 application for a patent
to test for Lyme without the OspA-B plasmid, owned by
Dave Persing and licensed to Yale's L2 Diagnostics and
Imugen (Norwood, MA), *only*:
http://patft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6045804.PN.&OS=PN/6045804&RS=PN6045804

On Jan 31, 2001, I told the FDA that, from this patent
data, "Additional uncertainty may arise if the
vaccines are not completely protective; vaccinated
patients with multisystem complaints characteristic of
later presentations of Lyme disease may be difficult
to distinguish from patients with vaccine failure."

Vaccine damage looked like Lyme disease. That is, the
illness caused by the vaccine was like the Lyme
illness, although LYMErix would not give someone Lyme
disease.

Adverse events to LYMErix were deliberately not
reported to the FDA and vaccine injured people were
criticized and laughed off.
http://actionlyme.org/YALE_AND_THEIR_BOGUS_BLOOD_TEST_AND_VACCINE.htm

THEREFORE, the racket was in that Yale knew their
Western Blots would be unreadable once someone was
vaccinated, unless a person was tested with a strain
of Borrelia that had no OspA-B in it, which was the
reason OspA and B were left out of the 1994 CDC
Dearborn Standard.

This was the question that was asked of me in July
2003 by AG Richard Blumenthal's staff lawyers in his
office in the basement of 55 Elm Street, Hartford,
whereupon I was referred to the US Attorney Kevin
O'Connor to file the RICO complaint:
http://actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COPMPLAINT_RICO.htm

Blumenthal's 3 staff lawyers asked me, "CAN YOU
DEMONSTRATE THAT THE BLOOD TESTING STANDARD FOR LYME
DISEASE *CHANGED*?"

I said "YES, HERE is the old CDC standard:
http://actionlyme.org/CDC_DOCUMENTS_1990.htm
(Changing and expanding IgM and IgG in serial Western
Blots was the former method to diagnose persisting
Lyme)

and HERE IS THE NEW ONE:
http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00038469.htm

which leaves out bands 31 (OspA) and 34 (OspB)."

THAT was the scam.

The 1994 Dearborn farce of a conference, and Steere's
going to Europe to invent that you can't have Lyme
disease if you have an antibody to OspA or B, was all
about this national monopoly on vaccine and blood
testing for vector borne diseases.

Yale would get it all. 'Vaccine royalties, and all
the blood into their little L2 "Diagnostics" spinoff.
Which is RICO.
http://actionlyme.org/DEAR_GUV_HOW_BAD_DOES_IT_HAVE_TO_GET.htm

Another reason it is RICO is because of the false
criminal charges and false testimony against Lyme-
treating physicians and Lyme victims. Coercion,
perjury, intimidation by use of the DCF morons...

NEWS on the DCF morons:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2006/06/12/ummr.xml&sSheet=/news/2006/06/12/ixnews.html/
Intracranial hemorrhage, post vaccinal
encephalitis,... it's the new Blame-the-Victim
replacement for Munchausen's by Proxy, when the CDC
and these vaccine manufacturers know not all people
are competent to all vaccine antigens. It's the same
principal as tissue typing. Additionally, people who
are immune suppressed or immune incompetent should not
be getting all vaccines:
http://actionlyme.org/HOWE_BBC_SCIENCE_EVIDENCE.htm

This is what we learned from the Lyme and LYMErix
fiasco.

It's always a good idea not to lie.

What Corixa and SmithKline learned from this scam is
that chronic stimulation of toll-like receptors-2
results in immune suppression (tolerization to fungal
antigens), but they did not reveal that to the public.

SmithKline and Corixa are now in "partnership" with
the NIH in "Biodefense," as a reward for committing
this FRAUD. The little they will tell you is that
monophosphoryl lipid A is an adjuvant, or a stimulant
of TLR-4, but the bioweapons part is the "TLR-2 and
immune suppression" business.

A "stealth disabler" is the goal: You deploy an
infection, leave, there are no specific antibodies,
but the population is very sick with a "Medically
Unexplained Illness" or "Medically Unexplained
Physical Symptoms."

No antibody markers.

'Deploy the nitwits like Gary Wormser who think they
can get away with publishing the DNA primers they use
when looking for species in ticks, but suddenly have
LYMEnesia as regards what DNA primers to use when
looking for species in infected humans:
http://actionlyme.org/Wormser.htm

They do this all the time. 'Choose the wrong primers.

Who is going to know it's the wrong DNA code?

The lay person (which includes most MDs) thinks DNA
testing is the gold standard, not knowing it's a shell
game.

Please Distribute because psychopaths run the country:
http://actionlyme.org/TICK_BITE_CONSPIRACY.htm

"I need more than rumors to attack," says Yale's
Durland Fish. And, "Want to send her a bogus
article?"

And that is not a crime, according to Kevvy O'Connor
and the Keystone Koppers at 157 Church Street, New
Haven, CT. *Mrs.* Keystone Kevvy O'Connor was part of
the DCF-Rowlandgate National Prisons Enterprise. 'What
to do with these "nuisance" Black people.
Put them in cages to keep them from procreating:
http://actionlyme.org/HOTEL_HALLIBURTON.htm

In, http://actionlyme.org/LYME_CORRUPTICUT.htm
I inform people how to look at who has done what
research as regards infections in ticks, which is very
old data. Research Tully, JG and Shope RE. Both of
these guys are Yalie Bioweaponeers, and found
mycoplasmas and spiroplasmas in ticks years ago.

Now we know they cause a spongiform encephalopathy.

Verify independently.

LYMErix-vaccinated people.
http://actionlyme.org/PATENTS_30_APR_06.wmv

They could not tell whether or not LYMErix prevented
Lyme, so they simply lied to the FDA.

Instance 1:
The patent

http://actionlyme.org/THE_CENTRAL_LYME_RICO_PATENTS.htm

http://patft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6045804.PN.&OS=PN/6045804&RS=PN/6045804
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

"Lyme disease vaccines can be prepared utilizing
outer
surface protein A (OspA) from B. burgdorferi (E.
Fikrig et al., Science, 250:553-6 (1990)).
Physiological fluids from a vaccinated subject, such
as a human or a domestic animal, can therefore be
expected to contain antibodies to OspA. The presence
of anti-OspA antibodies in subject serum makes it
difficult to detect or confirm an infection by the
spirochete B. burgdorferi in vaccinated individuals,
because current diagnostic methods are based on a
reaction between antibodies in subject serum and an
antigen preparation made from a B. burgdorferi cell
lysate that contains OspA, which can result in
serologic false positive responses.

The present invention provides an antigenic B.
burgdorferi preparation lacking a detectable level
of
OspA. False positive reactions in OspA-vaccinated
subjects are eliminated when this antigen
preparation
is utilized to detect B. burgdorferi infection in
such
individuals, since the preparation does not react
with
the anti-OspA antibodies present in the sera due to
vaccination. "

Instance 2: In the 1998 textbook, "Lyme Disease,
Key
Diseases Series," in the case study chapter by
Robert
Schoen, in which he states that people who become
ill
after receiving the vaccine should not be tested
with
a strain of Borrelia that has the OspA-B plasmid in
it
(OspA, or band 31, is LYMErix),

http://actionlyme.org/SCHOEN_INSTRUCTING_DOCS_TO_BLOW_OFF_LYMERIX_INJUREES.htm

This book was published before the FDA approved
LYMErix (in Dec 1998), so Yale knew ahead of time,
they really could not tell if LYMErix prevented Lyme
and lied to the FDA. Here, in that textbook, is
Schoen saying so, in black and white.

Instance 3:

http://www.journals.uchicago.edu/CID/journal/issues/v31n1/991200/991200.html?erFrom=-7417147979311641703Guest
"The manufacturer of the only currently
FDA-approved
(and released) recombinant OspA Lyme disease vaccine
has suggested that vaccination does not interfere
with
serological evaluation of Lyme disease in vaccine
recipients-a statement that is not supported by the
data presented here."
