Hello,

I have few questions about cancer.

1.Whether cells can become cancerous and get mutations due to excess or
deficient flow of blood or due to excess or defficient supply of
nutrients and other biochemicals to cells?

2. Is it for necessary that Carcinogens should be of some hetrogenous
substances? Can't deficient or excess exposure of homogenous substance
to our body also cause normal cells to become cancerous?

3.How some chronic abnormality in blood flow to tissues can be be
responsible for getting and spreading the cancer?

Best wishes.

Thanks. Do you mean hyperemia or hypoemia to any tissues has no
relation with getting and spreding of cancer?

Yes

Pls look at following article.
"Excessive iron in specific tissues (iron loading) promotes infection,
neoplasia, cardiomyopathy, arthropathy, and a profusion of endocrine
and possibly neurodegenerative disorders (1-5). An array of behavioral,
medical, and immunologic methods are being developed to decrease iron
loading or its detrimental effects. Routine screening for iron loading
in populations exposed to certain diseases can provide..
http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/Eid/vol5no3/weinberg.htm "

Changes in blood flow can also change in iron/O2 exposure to cncer
cells.

It's well known that iron overload in tissues can cause some cancers like
hepatoma, but that's nothing at all to do with blood flow.

Can't iron overload be dependent on quantity of blood flow?

Google hemosiderosis or hemochromatosis

"Hemochromatosis: A genetic, hereditary disease where a mutation in the
HFE gene cause an increased intestinal iron absorption. As iron cannot
be excreted from the body, the increased absorption causes iron
accumulation in several organs, mainly the liver, pancreas and heart.
If untreated it results in liver cirrhosis with a significantly high
risk for liver cancer, and secondary diabetes.
www.gastrolab.net/dicteh.htm "

It is ironoverload due to increased intestinal iron absorption. How
absorbed iron travel and accumulate in various organs?

Can intestinal smooth muscular's tone (prolonged relaxation or
contraction) be a reason to effecting absorption of many substances as
iron etc.?

You are OT, either take your questions to an appropriate NG or Google
the answers yourself.
