This is as dangerous a bit of spam as I have seen on the web. If one has
a drinking problem it is the behavior not the lack of this snake oil that
is the problem.

As stupid and useless as the original post is, your contribution is
even stupider.

A hangover or a hangover every once in a while is a normal part of many
peopls lives, and is not necessarily a sign of a "drinking problem"
unless you consider any drinking as a "drinking problem".

The basic concept of balancing ones life involves a wee bit of
indulgence, and some people choose alcohol once in a while.

And the real answer to a hangover is:

1) Drink the booze with no added sugars like coke or other drink
sweetners
2) Drink plenty of water along the way
3) Eat healthy, fatty and meaty foods for a snack sometime during the
evening, chicken wings rock!
4) Avoid eating any refined carbs at all costs during the evening. Stay
away from the pretzels and potato chips.

In the morning drink some water. Done. No hangover or very little
hangover.

Combine this with a generally good, nutritious, low-carb healthy diet
and you can handle the alcohol very well. Your constitution will be
very strong and resilient and be able to easily handle a reasonable
amount of alcohol.

We need the Yin with the Yang.
