peopls lives, and is not necessarily a sign of a "drinking problem"
unless you consider any drinking as a "drinking problem"."

If you look at the entire article the hangover angle is a sideline early
in it. Later they push how one's blood alcohol level can be lowered while
drinking by using the product, a kind of don't let it get in the way of
the "good times" and avoid being "drunk". They willn't dare claim it, but
clearly one goal is to implant the idea one can drink to excess and avoid
legal problems by using it while driving.
