I think his book is "The real age makeover". I watched him on TV.

1. Canned salmon 3 time per week(or 2grams of fish oil)
2. 2 baby aspirins per day
3. 400 iu of vit D - btw, how much vitamin D do you get in milk?
4.800 micograms of Folgate- is that folate? what is that?
5.Flavonoids- 10 tablespoons or teaspoons of tomaote sauce( are
tomatoes a substitute?
6.avocadoes- what kinds of avocado products are there?
7.1200 iu of calcium per day( how much calcium in milk?
8.400 iu of magnesium
9.tetnus and flu shots. what is tetnus? dont flu shots weaken your
immune system? why do we touch our eyes and stuff if not to keep our
immune system exercised?

I haven't heard of this doctor but the list is mostly common knowledge
stuff. Salmon for the omega 3 fatty acids. Aspirin to prevent heart
attack. Vit D and Calcium to prevent osteoporosis, folate to keep the
cholesterol under control, tomato juice lycophene to prevent prostate
disease, Avocado for the fat. Flu shots because the chance of dying
from flu is much greater than the chance of a bad flu shot reaction.
No idea why magnesium is so important. Why no zinc? Why no Vit E and
selenium?

These "experts" are addressing epiphenomena, that is, things that
happen further down the "disease" pathway, not the initial,
molecular-level causes. If you want to understand that, I have written
up several essays to explain it. Find the essays at:

http://groups.msn.com/TheScientificDebateForum-

There is a message board so that you can ask questions if you like. I
usually respond within 48 hours at most.
