In Central America, horchata is made with morro seeds (calabash). Does
a nutritional profile for this seed exist? Would it be about the same
as pumpkin/squash seed? Calabash/morro is considered a gourd (or
squash), but it is a type of squash that has had more of an ornamental
use, historically.
