Med-prep course at Warren Tech - anybody know it or have advice?

Before splurging the money on the 2 semester Med Prep course at Warren
Tech, I wanted some feedback from anyone who has an experience with it.

For instance, is it going to provide a good exposure to the medical
field that just volunteering at a local hospital wouldn't?
Is it a respected course or just a way to spend every mon-thurs
afternoon for a year and some cash?
Do medical schools see a course like this as a plus in one's resume, or
do they ignore it when doing selections?
