Pharmaceutical care as a philosophy of practice will never be
successful until there is an appropriate culture and climate within the
profession. At present the culture is negative. What is needed is a
commitment to a new vision and professional leadership. |

Ruben:
Please explain.... I am a semi retired Pharmacist who practiced most
of my career in RETAIL .
To be truthful I am "slightly" behind he times.... but am curious
as to what you think I should be doing in my one 4 hour shift behind
the counter each week...
