4. The RICO or scientific fraud patents, which show the Munchausens'
accusers have patented otherwise.

Understanding SCIENTIFIC VALIDITY, is the key to solving the crime, and
it's really common sense

Most people have "borreliosis," which is a cause of ALS or Lou
Gehrig's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Dementia, Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia (the latter two are waste basket
diagnoses, which means hypochondria, and these diagnoses are a means to
trash people). All borrelioses are a permanent brain infections.
"Lyme disease," the disease definition, was hijacked by Allen Steere
and his cabal. They changed the definition of the disease to suit the
false positive outcome of LYMErix, but they actually could not even
read their Western Blots in LYMErix-vaccinated people, and lied to the
FDA about the safety and efficacy of LYMErix. SmithKline manufactured
the vaccine.

The vast majority of all borrelioses (Lyme/Relapsing Fever) cases are
detectable via borreliae-specific flagellin antibody (band 41). (See
the cross section of a spirochete by CDC's George Schmid, here, which
shows the flagellar bundle.) Yale committed a huge fraud to pass off a
bogus Lyme vaccine. Their vaccine, OspA or LYMErix, was meant to be a
vaccine against Lyme arthritis. Lyme arthritis is very rare and the
vaccine never worked, nor could they tell if it worked, because the
Western Blots in people vaccinated with rOspA were unreadable, as shown
here.

Vaccination with LYMErix obliterated these gel electrophoresis
chromatograms. As Dave Persing describes in his 1996 patent (RICO
patent list here 6,045,804)

In video IV, I explain that in patent Padula, UCONN, 5,620,862, Padula
explains that OspC is low or no-expressed in Lyme spirochete strain
B31. OspC is about 23 kilo-daltons. SmithKline used strain B31 to
qualify LYMErix. Had they used another strain, they at least would
have been able to see OspC, since band 23 kD is lower than band 31 kD,
which, if you click on that graphic above, and look at closely, the
blot smudging does not occur, until "north" of band 31.

SmithKline sold their testing for Lyme to Quest. Therefore do not use
Quest labs for the testing for Lyme. OspC is associated with
neurotropism (goes after the brain and nerves).

It was a complete fraud. All of it revolved around changing and
limiting the definition of "Lyme disease" to a knee-only disease, and
everyone who has neurologic disease, even in Europe, is trashed,
stalked jailed, declared insane, and their kids are taken away. No one
is allowed to have "Lyme disease" unless they have arthritis in a knee,
but Lyme is a borreliosis- a permanent brain infection.

Probably the biggest crime committed here, was committed by Durland
Fish and Edward McSweegan. They did not want it known that one should
be treated on tick attachment (bite), because they were doing a vaccine
trial. (If the protocol was to treat every tick bite, then they would
not know if the vaccine or the antibiotics prevented Lyme disease, and
they could make no claim to the FDA about the validity of LYMErix).
So, as you can see, they conspired to discredit Karen Forschner by
sending her a "bogus article" to publish in her journal. This is not
punished by the NIH or the USDOJ. They therefore support it.

So they conspired to trash people like Karen Forschner of the Lyme
Disease Foundation, Lisa Masterson, and myself. They do not want it
known that congenital infection occurs and can kill babies and
fetuses. They chronically stalk and attack Lyme victims, as the other
data below, shows.

The FBI and the United States Department of Justice refuse to do
anything about it, and neither does Connecticut Attorney General
Richard Blumenthal, even though he knows the testing for Lyme disease
is fraudulent. They all allow, and therefore condone, the persecution
and harassment of Lyme disease victims, worldwide.

Blumenthal is in charge of the protection of children in this state.
That's all the proof anyone needs that crazy people run this state.
Additionally, the new replacement governor, Rell, has never once
mentioned Lyme disease, and this is an international epidemic of
permanent disability.

David Persing's (The Dave Persing, Mayo Clinic FRAUD Patent-6,045,804
Note the date on the patent. May, 1996) company, Corixa, was involved
with SmithKline, who are "partners with NIH's BioDefense."
