white bump?

hey i had a root canal on a permanent baby tooth and the dentist that
was supposed to do the crown did a filling instead because it had a
crack down the center when you look at it from above. so they didnt
want to do anything too expensive since it might need to be pulled.

anyways, it seemed to be fine for over a year or whatever. but now i
notice this hard lump like bone. im not sure if it was always there but
i think it feels a little weird sometimes. like kind of
tingly/sensitive or numbish. nothing severe and barely noticable.
