Cholesterol Test, Effect of Drinking alcohol before

Hi

I have just had Cholesterol results:-

Total 275
LDL 195
HDL 55

No food or drink for 12 hours beforehand

I have just found a warning there should be no alcohol intake for 3
days prior to the test otherwise the test will not be accurate.

I weigh 222 pounds and had a bottle and a half of wine the night
before the test.

Can anyone indicate/quantify the effect would that have had on the
results?
