best "junk" foods for diabetes

Someone told me that candies with no sugar on it and popcorn like
kettle corn are the best "junk foods" for diabetes.
Anyone have other ideas?

There are no good junk foods for diabetics. But if there were, those
wouldn't be the ones.
The best snack for a diabetic is nuts, but the calories add up.

And probably the fats. But not all diabetics has bad cholesterol or
triglyceride profiles. |
