Again UK interest only I'm afraid....
AS CPD becomes compulsory in only a few weeks, does anyone have any
suggestions, ideas or schemes whereby you can be sure the entire department
is doing enough CPD to retain state registration.
Obviously the phrase "on the cheap" features highly in the requirements )

I'm not familiar with your requirements, but look at the Australian APACE
scheme, a voluntary (at the moment) scheme in place for medical scientists.
It has the support of biochemistry, haematology and microbiology scientists'
associations.
