My cousin had some night sweats, and abdominal ultrasonography was
performed.Right kidney mass was seen,28mm in diameter.Bloodwork was
OK(BUN and creatinine),but blood sugar level was too high, more than
twice than upper limit.Subsequently,he was scheduled for intravenous
urography.After the exam,the radiologist didn't tell him anything,but
only that an abdominal CT must be performed.Do they suspect a possible
tumour?Any opinion would be welcomed.

Thankfully,
Danny

Impossible to say. Night sweats are pretty non-specific, and many people
will have a small nodule in the kidney or liver on ultrasound. They are
usually benign things.

Wait for the CT. It sounds like the blood sugar may be more of a problem.
