Have you tried PubMed lately?
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?CMD=Limits&DB=PubMed

The limits page for PubMed has recently been radically improved. You
can now quickly locate full text research studies that are online for
free.

The number of these free articles available online is simply
overwhelming. The only real problem is deciding where to start. Now,
you can quickly locate intelligent reading material. Thus, there is an
alternative to the insanity of the mentally ill threads that
predominate on these ngs. It is called PubMed.

Just thought that you might want to know, you know. Smile
