Depression can happen after receiving such diagnoses.

Don't ask Dr. Chung. Ask your doctor.

Iron if you are not a menstruating female.

Last I checked, people are not able to recycle 100% of their iron, so they
do need to replish thier iron, especially if they are on a diet that has
limited animals products.

Yes (Luke 4:16-27).

After feeling a little better I went home and immediately checked my BG, it
was 146, so it was no hypo. I checked my blood pressure as I still felt like
my heart was racing, pressure was 123/66 slightly high for me. My pulse was
113, very high. I have been checking my pulse rate for the last hour, is has
finally got down to 106, still high for me. My norm is 70-80.

It must have been something in the pain killer shots, I have had it before
at the same dentist but never 4 shots at once. I'm due for the left side
deep cleaning next week but wonder if I should do it because of the reaction
I had today.

There is epinephrine typically mixed with the local anesthetic. This
can cause the symptoms you describe. Would suggest you inform your
dentist who may be able to use a local with less epinephrine (or use
less anesthetic).
